At Kwality Water Solutions, we strive to deliver only the best quality products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy ensures a fair and transparent process.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been installed and used cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defects under warranty.
Consumable parts like filters, cartridges, and accessories are not eligible for return.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process:
Once your return request is approved and the product is received, we will inspect it.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping and installation charges are non-refundable.
4. Replacement Policy:
If eligible, we may offer a replacement unit instead of a refund.
Replacement will depend on stock availability.
5. Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may incur shipping and handling charges.
6. Warranty Support:
All products are covered under standard manufacturer warranty.
Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and not damages caused by external factors.
